Rudra Nanda is the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and leads the Ocrolus hiring process worldwide. In his previous role with UiPath as the People Business Partner Manager (India & APAC), he focused on organizing and formalizing HR processes and improving employee engagement. With over 17 years of experience, specifically in international organizations, he brings excellent collaborative skills and the ability to combine and improve hiring processes across functions. Because Rudra began his career in engineering, he brings a deep passion for data, emerging technologies, and analytics to his hiring processes as well as his own team.
