At Ocrolus, Nicole spearheads the entire customer experience architecting solutions for implementation and account management. Previously, she led client operations at Quovo (now Plaid), where she built out the client onboarding strategy and enterprise teams. She has worked on professional development teams, and as a COO, overseeing Operations, IT, and Human Resources in various financial and asset management firms.
