Meet the author
Amy Koo is the Senior Technical Product Manager of Data Analytics at Ocrolus and has a long history with data analytics and engineering across the fintech, healthcare, retail, and nonprofit sectors. In her previous roles, she worked on the productization of human-in-the-loop machine learning oncology software that helped recruit patients to relevant clinical trials. She also helped set up systems which used location and demographic data to identify individuals within big data sets.
In her current role at Ocrolus, Amy takes a data-first approach in the design and implementation of products for clients. Using borrower documents and machine learning techniques, these data products help lenders make better and faster loan decisions for small businesses and individuals.
